MPEG-2 Private tables

The MPEG-2 private table section provides a common format to transmit metadata that is used by virtually all tables found in any kind of transport stream, regardless of whether the table is specified by MPEG, ATSC, ARIB, DVB, SCTE, or even end-users.

Each private table section is identified by a table_id, which is the first byte of any private table.
