pointer_field [MPEG-2 Semantics]
When payload_unit_start_indicator is 'True' in a packet that contains an MPEG-2 private table section, pointer_field is the first byte in the packet payload, indicating the start location of a new table location.
If pointer_field is 0, then the start location is the first byte after the pointer_field. Assuming that packets are 188 bytes, the maximum value for pointer_field is 182.
