ISO_639_language_code [ATSC Semantics]
The ISO_639_language_code is a 24-bit three ASCII character field in an MPEG-2 ISO_639_language_descriptor, an ATSC Service location descriptor or in a string within a multiple string structure that in conformance with ISO 639.2/B
specifies the language used for the elementary stream.
