FCRLength [MPEG-2 Semantics]
The FCRResolution is a 8-bit unsigned integer field that, when equal to zero, signals that no FlexMux packets with index = 238 are present in this FlexMux stream. When this field is less than 64, the length of the fmxClockReference field in the FlexMux packets with index = 238 is signalled. This valid range for this field is between 0 and 64, inclusive. This field is employed in the MPEG-2 FlexMuxTiming_Descriptor.
