private_indicator [MPEG-2 Semantics]
The private_indicator is a mandatory one-bit field found at bit index 9 in all generic MPEG-2 private table sections.
When set to '1', private_indicator tends to indicate that the table section ends with four-byte CRC-32. Previouisly, this distinction was explicitly mentioned in ISO/IEC 13818, but this field shall not be specified by MPEG in the future.
The ATSC has defined private_indicator as set to "1" (for "true") for most ATSC table sections.
Other MPEG "users" like, DVB, ARIB and SCTE may have individual syntax for this field, depending on the table_id.
