seamless_splice_flag [MPEG-2 Semantics]

the seamless_splice_flag is a 1-bit boolean field in a MPEG-2 adaptation_field that This is a one bit flag which when set to '1' or 'True' indicates that the splice_type and DTS_next_AU fields are present. A value of '0' or 'False' indicates that neither splice_type nor DTS_next_AU fields are present.
