hierarchy_layer_index [MPEG-2 Semantics]

hierarchy_layer_index is a 6-bit unsigned integer field in the MPEG-2 See: hierarchy descriptor that defines a unique index of the associated program element in a table of coding layer hierachies. Indices shall be unique within a single program definition.
