transport_private_data_flag [MPEG-2 Semantics]

the transport_private_data_flag is a 1-bit boolean field in a MPEG-2 adaptation_field that signals, when '1' 0r 'True' that the adaption field contains one or more private data bytes. A value of '0' signals that the adaption field does not contain private data bytes.
