FmxRateLength [MPEG-2 Semantics]

The FmxRateLength is a 8-bit unsigned integer field that signals the length of the fmxRate field in FlexMux pckets with index = 238. FmxRateLength shall only take values between 1 and 32, inclusive. This field is employed in the MPEG-2 FlexMuxTiming_Descriptor.
