clock_accuracy_exponent [MPEG-2 Semantics]

The clock_accuracy_exponent is a 3-bit unsigned integer field in the MPEG-2 system_clock_descriptor that, together with clock_accuracy_integer can give the accuracy of the system clock in parts per million.
