ID [MPEG-2 Semantics]

ID is a 1-bit boolean field that, when set, indicates that each audio frame in the audio stream is set to '1.'

This field and the MPEG-2 audio_stream_descriptor are not useful in ATSC transport streams, which use a different digital audio technique.
